Louis Hill  |  Senior Pastor

Pastor Louis Hill is a man of few passions. He loves his family. His loves people. Most Importantly and above all he loves the Lord God.  Before founding His Way Ministries 16 years ago, he was an assistant pastor for 15 years.  While serving faithfully in another's vision, God birth a vision of a fellowship in him and commissioned him to begin the Journey of His Way.  Initially starting with bible study in their home, he and his wife, Sis. Diane, have been working together to make sure His Way reflects the call of God in every way possible. Before he became an assistant pastor, Pastor Hill did the work of an Evangelist. Knowing the importance of the call of God on his life and never neglecting it; Pastor Hill also has been an active participant and speaker in Missions. He is a staple in tent crusades and crusades, and missionary efforts in Honduras.

Always trying to grow and improve his relationship and understanding with The Lord God, Pastor Hill is committed preach the unconditional, uncompromising word of Faith by the Holy Ghost.

He has been married to his beautiful wife for 44 years and have 2 children, Latisha and Louis, Jr.

Sis. Diane Hill  |  Church Administration, Kingdom Women's Ministry

Sis. Diane's desire is to see people walking in Kingdom principles.  She has a passion for helping women to understand how beautiful and wonderfully made they are.  She works faithful at His Way Ministries in the leadership capacity of Church Administrator and Kingdom Women Ministry.  She has earned a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management.  She is not only a mother of 2 biological children but a mother figure to all who encounter her. She abounds in wisdom and love and never ceases to share revelation in a situation.

Pastor Hill and Sis. Diane are honored to be working with the other anointed leaders at His Way Ministries. There is always room for you!

Bro. Vincent L Hill  |  Teacher, Minister of Helps

Bro. Vincent has been in ministry since 1986, ordained in 1988.  He has a passion for God's word and is a skillful expositor and a published author. He and his family joined His Way with the desire to be a help and wise counsel. Along with his wife, he oversees the food and clothing ministry, and hospitality. He also assists with Bible study and discipleship classes.  He is the father of 2 children.

Bro. Anthony Hampton  |  Outreach and Media Ministry

Having a passionate heart for others and a true desire to please God, Anthony Hampton became very actively involved in ministry in 2001 at his former church. That passion led God to use him instrumentally to serve as a leader in various ministries: Asst. Sound Director, Sunday school teacher, Christian Counselor, foreign missions, prison ministry, youth ministry, evangelism and young adult leadership until 2013.

Knowing that God was calling upon him to do much more he obediently answered God's call in 2013 to step out and trust God as he would be led to begin blessing other ministries and the community through community advocacy, nonprofit leadership, serving on various nonprofit boards, training individuals in various areas of ministry, helping them to establish programs and services, and through ministering God's word at various preaching and speaking engagements.

While Anthony is still involved in many of these things mentioned above outside of the church, he also uses many of those skill sets at His Way as we continue to worship God through serving others.

Anthony and his wife, Sylvia Hampton, enjoy the simple things of life; especially being with their children and family.  It's Anthony's true desire and passion to please God, by sacrificing his own life to serve others, in order that some might be saved for the sake of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Sis. Sylvia Hampton  |  Children and Youth Ministry

A God-fearing woman who always has a heart for children and youth, Sylvia loves the opportunity to sow into the lives of young people. She has a very creative mind for how to make teaching the Gospel fun, innovative and impactful. Sylvia seeks to apply measures that helps the youth to engage with God's word in order that they might have a lasting impression of how to live the word out in their life.

It's Sylvia's desire to see all youth and their families changed by God's word for the good, therefore she works diligently to design various services and events that engages everyone, both young and old, in the church.

Sylvia enjoys spending time doing the simple things that life offers, but mostly loves being with her husband, Anthony Hampton, and their three children. She often reminds their kids, that she too has applied 1 Tim. 4:12 to her ministry of serving youth as it tells us, "Don't let anyone think less of you because you are young. Be an example to all believers in what you say, in the way you live, in your love, your faith, and your purity."

Sis. Latisha Ewute  |  Worship Leader, Outreach and Media Ministry

Sis. Latisha Ewute has work in various area in the church since 2002.  Over the past 17 years, she has served on various praise teams, taught children's church, participated in missions and outreach, and founded a drama department.  She began her work at His Way in 2004. In 2006, she accepted her calling as a minister in the office of Evangelism.

She is part of the Outreach and Media ministry team and also the overseer of the Praise and Worship department.  She is a main contributor to Kingdom News Today online magazine since 2016. She is board president to Divine Connections Outreach, parent company for Agape Gardens Village, a tiny home ministry for homeless veterans and displaced families.

Her passionate goal is to please the Lord in all things by sharing the Love of Christ and His offer of Total Salvation to all she meets. She is married to Associate Pastor Glory Ewute, Faith Tabernacle, Lagos, Nigeria.
